Fees

 

My fee is £60 for a 50-minute session, whether we meet online or in person at my practice.

 

I usually recommend meeting once a week, particularly when we first begin working together, as regular sessions can help therapy develop continuity and momentum. However, I recognise that everyone’s circumstances and needs are different, and I am happy to discuss fortnightly or less frequent sessions where appropriate.

 

I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, I may be able to offer a reduced fee on a sliding scale, depending on availability.
